- JJoycePittsburgh / Western PA •5 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoHave eaten here multiples times; emphasized to waitress that I wanted lightly pink filet and asked for confirmation that medium well was what I wanted. Yes she said clearly. When the meals came, the waitress asked if everything was okay before we had a chance to cut our meat. Ordered medium well and of the 4 steaks, my filet arrived RARE. Had to wait awhile, no less than 10 min, for the waitress to return and send the steak back. She insisted that she wrote down Med Rare. It was clear the mistake was on her and she never apologized for her mistake. I had to ask to have the Bernaise sauce remade so it wasn't stone cold. Very annoying to wait to eat all my sides with my steak. After this, the waitress offered us birthday desserts. We asked if they were free and she said yes. The bill came and we were charged for them. She again insisted that it was on the bill and it wasn't. Then she brings back the bill and only one dessert was removed. The communication was not clear and perhaps it was bc we were celebrating 2 birthdays. Being transparent would have been appreciated. We left her a full 20% tip although she didn't deserve it and my meal was quite disappointing. The rest of the meals were good.More infoDel Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse - PittsburghPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.8

- CCarrieabPittsburgh / Western PA •6 reviews5.0Dined on 26 Dec 2024My daughter & I went to Ritual House for the first time last night. We got seated in a booth near the bar. We ordered a bread board and the edamame, both were good! I ordered the Asian inspired chicken and got the sauce on the side, as recommended by the waiter. The chicken was moist and the breading perfectly done! The sauce was on the sweeter side (almost like syrup), so I am glad it was on the side. Didn’t care for the slaw. My daughter got a grilled chicken Caesar salad, she said it was good! We will definitely be back to try some different food.More infoRitual HousePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.7
- LLauraPittsburgh / Western PA •12 reviews5.0Dined on 20 Dec 2024Four of us went to this restaurant for the first time before a Christmas show. My husband has ALS and is in a wheelchair and they quickly noticed and placed us at an accessible table and removed a chair for his comfort. ADA issues do not exist here - they were prepared and very accommodating. We started out with meatballs and focaccia with squash dip for appetizers. Drink list is extensive - it had interesting holiday options - but we just had Chianti and helltowne beer. We got chopped and arugula salads to share - I don’t even typically enjoy arugula but the salad looked interesting and we devoured them. They were absolutely delicious. Our entrees were tagliatelle, ricotta gnocchi, sausage and pepper pizza, and rigatoni vodka sauce. Everything was amazing. All four of us immensely enjoyed our meals. Gelato for dessert. Server was polite and attentive. It was one of the best experiences and amazing food that we’ve had in a restaurant downtown in ages. This place is a gem. We will be back 100%.More infoTalia Cucina RosticceriaPrice: Moderate• Italian• Downtown•4.7
