Everything we had was delicious. Started with baked scallops and crab (yes it is hot even though it's under the cold appetizers). Then had wagyu dumplings, which were pan seared and crispy on the outside. The sushi was extremely fresh and very light. Thin coat of rice so you can actually taste the sushi instead of tasting only rice. Can't wait to go back. Smelled delicious aromas of shrimp fried rice at other tables and will definitely try that next time.

If you're willing to part with $100+ pp for dinner, the Capital Grille delivers. Excellent service, well-made dishes, no questions asked attitude if you have a question or concern. It is a very lively space; conversation may be a challenge on a weekend night. More than made up for the by quality and consistency.

Second time here and just as good as the first. They make dinner so fun and great vibes. Is your date boring? Well don’t worry the sushi chefs will keep you entertained. This place and food is phenomenal.

If you want a “quieter” experience, see if you can score a seat in their back dining room. It’s not available for small parties very often, but sometimes it is, and we love it. About the food and service…they’re exceptional. On the rare occasion something fell short, the general manager went above and beyond to make it right, showcasing a level of professionalism we truly admire. Eddie V’s is often seen as a “special occasion” spot, but we think it’s perfect for any night you want to treat yourself. If you go, ask for Aga—she’s warm, personable, and one of the most polished professionals we’ve had the pleasure of being served by. Highly recommended for a high-energy, first-class meal, whether it’s a big night out or just because you deserve something extraordinary.
