Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Grosse Pointe Park

Took advantage of the Wednesday steak and lobster tail special. It was well worth it. Food was excellent. Steak was cooked well done to my wife’s liking. I had the lamb chops. They were very tender and tasty. Will be returning.

Food was ok I mean we only had salads so can’t expect much. The builder no is very cool

This is a gem! There is no where else that you can experience excellent live jazz, with good food and convivial service, at a reasonable price in a setting with perfect vibe.

I took my husband to Sugar Factory for his birthday. It was both of our first time there. Our server recommended the ribeye steak that is not on the menu, but it did not disappoint! It was the largest ribeye I have ever eaten. The drinks were potent. And the birthday dessert had the best ice cream that I’ve have tasted in a very long time. I jokingly call my husband a ‘food snob’ because he is very critical about all restaurant food. He was extremely happy with everything that we were served. The staff even did the Soak City dance for a large party. We had a great time. Thank you Sugar Factory for a wonderful evening.

Everything was wonderful with two exceptions: 1) smell of weed was overwhelming as I and my guests entered the building . 2) waitress did not inform guests that there was 20% gratuity already included, this some of us overpaid as we split the bill evenly. She let folks add another tip without saying anything and it wasn’t caught until the 3rd person was about to pay.
