Perfect business holiday dinner! Steaks were perfect as were all of the drinks and side dishes! Michael did an outstanding job serving us in just the right way! We will be back!

This Firebirds is always outstanding! It’s consistent and if you’re looking for a go to restaurant with a terrific selection of menu options this is your place!

Atmosphere is fabulous, the service is outstanding as was the food. Cannot recommend enough! They were especially attentive to my dietary restrictions, + we did not feel rushed to finish our bottle of wine. This place is a gem.

If there was a .5 option I would’ve given 4.5 stars for food and value. The bread lacked flavor unfortunately—it could’ve used a better garlic butter glaze on top (tasted like the salt was missing from the dough). Alternatively a salted butter for the table could’ve been offered. Other than that, the food was amazing and the waitress had excellent recommendations. The butcher’s cut was amazing, creamed corn crème brûlée is a must. I’d go there again for any occasion.

Always a great choice. Very convenient to us in the Southpark area and the food choices are excellent as well as tasty and the service is always good. I remarked to my wife that we should be eating here more often.
