Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. Amazing experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The food is delicious. One of the best moles I've had in my life for sure. The ambiance is relaxed and cute, great for a date but also for a family or friends catch-up.

My lady loved the place. Food was good. Tour guide was awesome and energetic. The only “downside” was the museum was so small. But it’s a pretty place and the ambiance is perfect for a nice lunch/brunch. Highly recommended.
