We are located in the historic Hillsboro Village at 1910 Belcourt Ave. Our playful and adventurous menu, curated by Culinary Director Brandon Truesdale, represents a wide array of regions, serving as a reflection of the co-owner's and chef's various experiences during their travels abroad. This place exceeded my expectations, I’ve been to Bourbon Steak as well, and these two are both fabulous in my opinion. What stands out about Harper’s is the quality of the meat, the top notch service, and the atmosphere. I felt so comfortable dining here, and will definitely be back. The Lobster Mac n cheese is one of the best I’ve had, and the waygu meatballs were very rich and delicious. The steak melts in your mouth, it’s truly great food. Will be back!
