Our waiter was outstanding and I can’t believe his name has escaped me. We loved his cocktail suggestions as well as his menu choices for us , he was spot on ! It seems to me the quality and preparation of their steaks have changed. The tenders and ease of the cut is not there. We have been to both Capitol Grilles in Phoenix Metropolitan. I have been very disappointed. The cheese cake has always been a wonderful treat and it is still good, the crust is different, it’s hard, not flaky, anymore. The cheese cake is not rich and the texture is different. These are just my observations. The service and ambience is top notch every time.
