Scalini Fedeli was opened by chef-owner Michael Cetrulo in 1995 and very quickly became New Jersey's highest rated Italian restaurant.     We had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was perfect for a cold Winter’s night. The food was exceptional. We had the dry aged cowboy steak and petite filet. Both were cooked to perfection. The calamari was tender and the truffle Parmesan fries were very good. We sat at the high top tables on the second floor and found the area to be very inviting. Our reservation was relatively early 5:30 pm so I imagine it would be a bit more crusted later on. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Rails.

    I recently celebrated my husband’s birthday at The Capital Grille, and I can’t say enough about our experience! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server, Thomas, was absolutely phenomenal. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel special throughout the evening. The food was exquisite—each dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. We especially enjoyed the surf and turf. Overall, The Capital Grille exceeded our expectations, making my husband’s birthday unforgettable. Thank you, Thomas, for your exceptional service! We’re already looking forward to celebrating again on Valentine’s Day!
