We have never had a dish we didn’t love. The service is always impeccable, friendly and efficient. When we told our server that one of our party had a shellfish allergy, a manager came out and told us which items might be unsafe because they were cooked in the same oil as the calamari. Despite the high volume of guests, they remained calm, organized, and efficient in getting people seated. While it seemed like the restaurant may have been slightly overbooked—possibly due to a syncing issue between the OpenTable app and the website—the team managed the situation well. Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience. The food was excellent, and both the servers and meat handlers provided great service. We took advantage of the Valentine's Day menu which allowed us to try some pisco flights, two apps, an entree, and two desserts. All of them, from the ceviche, to the croquettes, to the lomo saltado were amazing. The service was just as good.
