Best Restaurants for Birthdays in San Clemente

Nice atmosphere that’s lively but not loud, excellent food choices on the menu plus a great variety of daily special offered. Service was spot on! Prices are a bit on the high side but you do need to pay for quality ingredients and generous portions.

An adorable setting tucked away in San Juan Capistrano. Perfect for a relaxing and delicious lunch with some girlfriends. I'm not usually a lady who lunches, so this is the best treat. The Triple Crown Salad is out of this world. The scones are delightful. If you go in cooler weather, bring another layer if you're going to sit outside since the veranda is shaded.

I ordered a wedge salad to go after my lunch and it was smaller than the salad that is served at the table. I asked for egg on the side and received no egg. Small issue for overall good lunch, but attention to detail was an important.

We had an absolutely amazing experience. We had a brand new waiter. It was her first day waiting tables on her own and she was absolutely amazing. She was working under Adam I believe. I don’t remember her name and it was not on my receipt however she was Knowledgeable and available and just perfect in every way. We had the focaccia bread that was amazing! The ravioli were amazing. And we had a burger and the schnitzel and they both exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to try another one of the restaurants in this partnership!

Amazing little gem for lunch! $17 per glass of wine, adds up quickly to $50 for three glasses ( fair warning! ) We chose the Maverick wine which was fruit forward. Red and delicious, about $65 USD. The food was art on a plate. My friend had a large mozzarella ball drizzle with balsamic over her pesto chicken sandwich. I also recommend the truffle fries with Parmesan if you're going to have the burger. It was a satisfying lunch and we were glad to take a nice long walk with the scenic view afterwards to pop into some surf shops.
