Kilmer is an excellent server. He was prompt, cordial and very friendly. We were out Black Friday evening and were treated very well. The drinks and the French dip were delicious and when we requested to move from a bar area table to a booth in the main dining room, the maitre d’ accommodated us immediately. Will definitely go back soon.

Great food , and service . our waiter Kenny just outstanding ,a true professional , friendly,always checking that all is ok. Bar tender Fonzie also friendly and recommended some cocktails that were delicious . So far this place is a winner.A must go to.

This is the second year I’ve came to Prime to celebrate Thanksgiving (with standard menu) . Outstanding food + service , ambience is always so warm and welcoming love the decor and vibe of the restaurant . Professional staff and the food is worth making the 45 minute drive from south shore to dine ! Will be coming back next year ! My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and we had the best experience. Bobby and Iffy were our waiters and were so kind and quick. The food was amazing, as always. The service was impeccable. We really felt cared for. I also appreciate the suggestions and help from Iffy when we were indecisive on what to order, he steered us in the right direction. Really appreciate the care and quality of service we received. Will definitely be returning!

On Thursday night they have wonderful live music. The food is terrific. The moscato on the wine list is unbelievably delicious. The tuna appetizer is a perfect opening. It sits on a bed of fresh vegetables.The fries that accompanied the filet mignon are addictive. The owner is so amicable and attentive and warmly welcoming. We spilt an appetizer of tulip flowers made even more scrumptious by the accompanying dip. Branzinos is a great find.
