We are very proud of our historic location, hence naming the restaurant after the year the world-famous Brooklands racetrack was built and opened. The restaurant interior reflects the area’s heritage with a 1920s and 30s inspired décor and when combined with modern service delivery as well as award winning food, we provide a contemporary dining experience for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. We have been award two AA rosettes for the past seven years.Our brand new 1907 Glasshouse has a floor to ceiling windows that can be fully retracted so you can simulate the experience of dining outside. Such a vast space to fill at lunch time. Sectioning off an area of the main dining room might create more atmosphere. On the other hand it’s a good place to have a conversation without being overheard. No problem with the food and the staff were helpful and friendly.

I asked for a pint of bitter snd no one knew what that meant and then I asked what larger they had and they couldn’t tell me despite the bar having many, when I spotted a bottle of Doombar I was offered ice with it? I was shown to the wrong table. I asked for a brandy and coke and and was asked what type and said I didn’t mind. There response was, I don’t know what brandy is and she really didn’t. A black Woman arrived and understood and was excellent and clearly had at least one else worked in a bar at some point.
