Best Restaurants for Birthdays in The Village

Great meal. Restaurant was short staffed but the ones that were there did an amazing job.

We had the most wonderful dinner with excellent service on a cold winter night. I was most impressed with our hosts and how friendly they were. They explained about all the food that was available and what was included with each selection. The crust on the meat made it stand out among other steakhouses. The flavor was just incredible - cooked to perfection. The space was vast and had bold and dramatic design and the atmosphere was upbeat and energizing. We will definitely come back again!

We enjoyed trying out a new Mexican food place in town. The complimentary salsa is super yummy. We had the extra spicy guacamole, salsa flight, chicken fajita nachos and the carnitas tamales. The guac and nachos were amazing. I wasn’t a fan of the salsa flight but I think it’s worth trying. My husband had the tamales and said they were the best he’s ever had. We also tried the churros for dessert. They were pretty good but needed some ice cream to balance the temperature. Overall, we will definitely be back.

Food, drinks and service were excellent. The restaurant is just beautiful. Great wine by the glass selection. We all had the Filet, Sea Bass & Lobster tails. Would recommend cooking the lobster maybe an extra 1-2 minutes as we felt it wasn’t as done as it should be in a couple of spots but it was delicious! We’ve been to Capital Grille in Dallas several times and feel this new OKC location easily surpasses Dallas. We will definitely be back. Our wait person, Gustavo, was excellent. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive.

We went to Mahogany Prime Steakhouse for my partner's birthday. The staff all wished him a happy birthday and made the experience special. We both had ribeyes with crab cakes as an appetizer, a side order, and each had dessert. The food was excellent. The price was high but it was a special occasion. The meal was worth the price, especially considering what you have to pay for so-so food at a cheaper restaurant these days.
