The staff deserves kudos for being as wonderful as the food! We've visited twice since arriving in DC. We tried chicken and meat dishes as well as pasta, salad, bread, refreshing house made sodas and divine desserts. We'd love to see Founding Fathers in Watertown MA. That would be wicked awesome! Unfortunately, we were originally placed at a small wobbly table in a tight corner, too cozy with the folks at the table behind us and a plant touching the back of my head. Despite this huge event happening, our service by Gustavo was incredibly attentive and timely. What a warm and wonderful human being! Chef Todd Gray always manages to hire the best staff out there. They are incredibly personable, knowledgeable and caring about their work. The food is always scrumptious and top notch. Equinox is our go-to plant-based restaurant for sure.
