Celebrated my bestie birthday for the first time here. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile. Most of the dishes were delish. I was not a fan of the seafood pasta and the key lime martini was a bit small for the price. Otherwise, it was an overall great experience.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary at Gibson Italia, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, every detail was perfect. The food was outstanding—both the pasta and steak were flavorful and beautifully presented. The dessert was also absolutely delicious, the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. Our server, Destiny, deserves a special mention. Her service was timely, friendly, and every recommendation she made was spot on. Her name couldn’t have been more fitting, as it truly felt like it was meant to be that she took care of every detail of our experience. Our table had a breathtaking view of the Chicago River and skyline, the perfect backdrop for such a significant celebration. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Gibson Italia team for going above and beyond to make our evening extraordinary. You turned a milestone anniversary into a memory we will cherish forever. We can’t wait to return!

Our lunch was fantastic. The service was perfect, and the stars of the show food-wise were the ham and cheese croissant (insanely flaky yet buttery and melted ham and cheese throughout) and the peppermint chocolate donut for dessert. Our server was super friendly, staff was professional and attentive, and the ambience was impeccable. For a Saturday afternoon it was bright and lively inside while managing to keep a chill, friendly, and quaint ambience. This will definitely be a go-to anytime we need to run into a shop in Fulton Market.

Took my youngest daughter here for a belated birthday celebration with her sister and brother-in-law. We truly enjoy the tapas experience and love to try new things, sharing dishes and desserts with each other.

The Girl and the Goat always exceeds expectations, even when my expectations are sky high! Thank you! We had the Pig Face, String Beans, Goat Belly, and Steak. The dishes all exploded with flavors. The balance of seasonings, use of citrus, vinegar and other elements of the dishes played well and makes the culinary experience here amazing. The cocktails were yummy as well. The Peach-Te-quilla was light and refreshing. The Spicy Fat Boy had a ton of flavor. To finish the night, we had the Toffee Pumpkin cake and a neat pour of the Pappy Family Reserve. The Pappy was a treat and made a great night even more special! Thanks to Stephanie and all the team at the Goat. You are all AMAZING!
