Best Restaurants for Business Meals in Monrovia

Great time. Great minds. Service was impeccable. However I will say the Chilean sea bath was a little bit on the cold side.

I went on a Monday evening and had a great experience. The server was very friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere was wonderful and the food was good.

We celebrated Valentine’s Day here and once again it didn’t disappoint! Our waiter was Luciano who we have had the good fortune to have him serve us for the third time. He was not only friendly and efficient in bringing us our food but also made time on a very busy night to listen to my husband’s jokes attentively. We both loved our bacon wrapped filets which were delicious, tender and cooked to medium rare perfectly. The cheese bread continues to be wonderful. The Beringer Cabernet complimented the filets We forgot to bring our bottle of champagne so we opted to bring home our whiskey bread pudding so we could enjoy it with our champagne. The perfect ending to a fantastic meal. Our only regret is that the warm bacon and spinach salad is no longer on the menu so we opted for the French onion soup which was good but we thought it would have been better with some more onions in it. We will definitely be back!

The farm cheese is the best at Bavel. My husband and I also love the baba ghanoush (we always need an extra order of fried pita). The grilled dates have a nice kick to it and it was nice to eat a savory date for once. The lamb rack is always cooked to perfection. Our friend always orders the 26 oz ribeye and finishes it during dinner and my husband and I can see why. Nothing at Bavel disappointed us. I would recommend the cashew ice cream bar over the apple prune cake, but you really can't go wrong with either. It was a great dinner! Also every cheese and milk is pasteurized so despite being 6 months pregnant, I could eat everything!

It was my best friend’s birthday and they made her feel so special from the notecard at our table to the all-around service first at the bar and then our booth. The fettuccine Alfredo and rib eye were so amazing I think about both every day since! Martinis are generous and strong! The ambiance was classic old Hollywood if you or your guests have an affinity for that era. Will definitely return!
