All of our chicken stock, veal stock, and sauces are made fresh daily. Our food is all made from scratch and we cook to order, and its easy to accommodate any food allergies our special diets. Our Mama's meatballs, lasagna, marinara sauce, and our house made mozzarella are recipes that are passed down through the generations. We try to maintain a very friendly, cozy and happy feel to our restaurant. we ant you to feel like you are having a meal at one of your family's house. While we want to remain family friendly we also provide you with a restaurant that also has a romantic feel. Much of the same as the Tratorias of Italy.     Went Christmas evening. I had the wedge salad and osso buco and both were amazing! Meat was fall off the bone tender and delicious! Salad was soo crisp and huge. Was enough to take home for lunch the next day! Waiter was pleasant, prompt, and very accommodating! We will definitely go back!

    We were waited on by Julia and SA Mitchell. The service was extremely quick and attentive despite the fact they were sat about every 5 minutes another table due to high demand on Christmas. They tailored their service to our needs and timed each experience with great precision. The crab cakes were delicious and had a great ratio of meat to breading. The gumbo had a Louisiana flare that was a fun upbeat starter to pair with a non traditional holiday dinner. The sea bass, ribeye, sweet potato casserole, spinach, and lobster Mac will forever be the perfect pairing for a great evening. As newlyweds, we treated ourselves to crème brûlée with warmed cognac. 10 out of 10 experience, thank you for your attention to details!

    We were seated immediately at the booth of our choice by the pleasant hostess. Jake arrived a minute later with our water and Marisa, our server, soon after. After ordering our drinks, Marisa described the specials that night and we proceeded to select our food choices. Our dinner was spaced well as we were not rushed nor were we ignored. The food was uniformily delicious and presented beautifully. It was Christmas Eve and we could not have asked for a more wonderful ambience. We truly enjoyed every minute and are looking forward to our next reservation. The restaurant was festively decorated in the holiday spirit. We will long remember most joyous evening at Greg Norman's Australian Grille.

    We had a very fine time at Clark’s. Our server Doug, was very knowledgeable with the menu and very polite and personable. We noticed the staff helping one another and running food for each other. We started with a calamari appetizer with some honey dripped croissants. Both were very good. Most of us got prime rib and I got the ribeye steak. My steak was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. A very nice experience for my mother’s birthday.
