Best Restaurants for Business Meals in Sudbury

Lunch was scrumptious! More than I could eat in the lobster roll lunch combo. Our server was excellent. It was a great place to go for a long leisurely lunch on a Monday, to catch up with a longtime friend.

The restaurant provides superb customer service. Guillermo at the bar was extremely attentive. We ordered the EXPRESSO MARTINI, and we had the BEST EXPRESSO MARTINI ever! The food was to die for. We ordered the pene, lasagna, tortellini and WOW, the flavors, presentation, and how the server entered to the table ON POINT. The restaurant is always busy and small, so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to make a reservation. The team at the front desk should be more "happy" about the fact that the restaurant is always busy, that means they are going to have a job for sure :), as they showed that we're overwhelm with the amount of people. SUGGESTION FOR THE LEADERSHIP A training on how to deal with customers during difficult and busy times will help tremendously. I was extremely kind and patient with the young gentlemen and female at the front desk when I asked about my reservation and their body language and answers were abrupt as the line was long, the restaurant was busy, and many others were asking the same question. We had the most amazing experience last night! The food was wonderful, of course, but the shining star was our waitress. She was kind, clever, and patient. We will be back and we feel silly we only discovered The Coach Grill last night. Make your holiday reservations now and order the beef Wellington!

Overall we had a great meal at Pammy’s. The food and service were great, and the ambiance and decor were lovely. The value of the menu is lacking imo. $84 with no drinks including for 3 relatively small plates. The “choose your own adventure” seems to be a bit of a gimmick as most people will order a starter, pasta, and main. Not only that, but they tack on a mandatory 6% extra charge for their kitchen staff. Here’s an idea- they should use the substantial amount of money we pay them for the food and drinks, and use that to pay their staff a fair wage. I have to say it left a terrible taste to feel nickel and dimed in this way. At $550 for a dinner for 4, with only about one drink per person, as much as I enjoyed the meal, I can’t say this was a good value or something I’d do again. I would strongly advise that they include any mandatory fees in the cost they advertise, instead of hiding a surprise fee in fine print on the menu.

The food was delicious and I loved the ambience. The cocktails were a bit pricey at $16-$20 but that seems to be the standard here in Boston. If you want to have a romantic and quiet evening I do recommend Terra. Our waiter also gave us a sweet cream gelato to celebrate my fiancé and I’s engagement! It was a great time!
