At Christmas time it can be difficult finding somewhere that manages to provide good food and service, the Stravaig pulls it off. Only slight criticism was the noise levels were hard for my elderly mother as there was quite a noisy party next to us. It's my go to place for all business meetings and birthdays but generally I like to dine here atleast once a fortnight. The foot is spectacular the steak is as good as I have ever had anywhere on gods green earth and the wine selection is delicious. The staff are superb and the portions are very filling but of the highest quality it's my favourite restaurant by a country mile. It wasn’t clear that they don’t serve food at the Lounge.
