Best Date Night Restaurants in Südoststadt

Traveling Germany as an American can be difficult due to the language barrier, but this place is a must visit. Delicious food that will bring us back for sure. Everything that we had was top notch and by the end we were licking the plates. The cherry on top for us was they have a full English menu for us. So far this is the first restaurant that had this which made us feel like home. We didn’t have to have our phones out to translate the menu. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had a question about the octopus. (Which was cooked perfectly which we got a 2nd plate of it)

A delicious and perfect spot for date night! The steaks had amazing flavors and cooked perfectly! The staff were nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend for date night.

The atmosphere is great, the waitresses are very nice and polite. We chose Giro-Samstag. I think it is a great idea to surprise people with pizzas plus you can eat how many you want 😅 You can also say what you don’t like, for example mushrooms and then your pizzas would be without them. I would totally recommend the place, especially for a date night or a friends’ gathering. It is really fun (and delicious). 😊
