Vancouver Now Has Its Very-Own Georgian Restaurant!Dediko, owned by a mother-son team, serves the country’s famous stuffed breads and dumplings out of a cheery Evergreen Boulevard cafe.     The food was delicious and creative. The service was outstanding. The room was beautiful. We had a wonderful evening. I explore a lot of restaurants in Portland and while traveling, this restaurant is one of my new favorites. I will be back and bring family and friends.

    We had the radicchio salad, beef and pork gnocchi and tagliata. The salad was so fresh and delicious, the Caesar style dressing was absolutely to die for and it wasn’t overdressed (which is a usual problem for me). The beef and pork gnocchi was soft and tender, and the ragu was so flavorful. The tagliata was cooked to perfection and the chimichurri was the perfect compliment. I’m really glad I didn’t let the string of poor reviews impact my decision to dine here. Perfect atmosphere, impeccable service and some of the best Italian food I’ve had in a while. Brava Nostrana!
