- CCarolVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •5 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoNew management and what appears to be, all new servers. Our waiter was not very familiar with the menu, indicating this was his second day on the job. I miss the old wait staff who I became very friendly with (Chelsea in particular) and the manager, Haven. Being a long standing and frequent customer, I am adopting a wait and see attitude toward how things may change, most noticeably the menu that I have loved and whether or not I develop a rapport with the wait staff. We really don't need another Chinese restaurant in Danville, so hopefully the menu with a few changes, will remain the same, rotating dishes depending on the season.More infoBridges RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Californian• Danville•4.1

Drinks are pricey but good. One gripe is that there always seem to be things not available - on all four visits so far.More infoTrue Food Kitchen - Walnut CreekPrice: Moderate• American• Walnut Creek•4.4

As a person who has lived in Italy, I will say that Walnut Creek has many fine Italian restaurants, but nothing as authentic as Montesacro. They serve Roman style Italian food, from Cacio e Pepe to Carbonara to the delicious Pinsa pizzas (Roman style square pizzas,). They've got a great wine list as well, and the service is always very friendly and attentive. I'm a fan!More infoMontesacro Walnut CreekPrice: Expensive• Italian• Walnut Creek•4.7
- EellenSan Francisco Bay Area •24 reviews5.0Dined on 28 Dec 2024Excellent squid ink paella and appetizers. The paella required at least 20 minutes to prepare so let the wait staff know or order it ahead of the rest.
