Best Restaurants for Foodies in Carlstadt

Everything about this place is spectacular. It is quite pricey, this is a place you go to on special occasions but it is worth it. Do not expect to get huge portions either. You do not leave hungry, but satisfied and in a good way. Everyone is so friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure you are having a great experience and you will. It is BYOB.

Amazing experience as always and that short rib eggs benedict in the morning is the best way to recharge after a long week.

Service was good. Food is consistently good. Salads were a tiny bit bigger this visit and we appreciated that very much. From the special truffle menu, the cacio e pepe was outstanding, creamy and terrific. My only complaint: every time we go, there is no warm water in the ladies room, the water is so cold it actually hurts to wash my hands. I thought we were trying to encourage people to wash their hands. There is an electric eye so the water shuts off automatically, so certainly it can’t be a conservation issue. Why?

Everything was fabulous!! The food was one of the best meals I’ve had. It arrived quickly and there was no wait! The staff were all so kind a friendly! Will definitely be returning!!!

Everything was superb. Really fun and interesting atmosphere. Live music, feels like a classic NY Italian family restaurant. Tagliatelle was fantastic as a Primo. Scungili salad was the special which was excellent. Best pork chop I’ve ever had (with potatoes and hot peppers). My wife had the shrimp and she loved it. Would recommend very highly - on par and even superior to top Italian restaurants in Manhattan and the Bronx.
