From the moment we stepped inside the high-scale boutique hotel that houses this gem, we were captivated. The ambiance exudes elegance and class, the lobby itself is a work of art, and the signature scent in the air? Absolutely divine. It sets the stage for an evening of indulgence. Then came the food. The tuna pizza? A showstopper. The duck and filet mignon? Out of this world—expertly cooked, rich in flavor, and unforgettable. And the desserts? The Chocolate in a Cup and Chocolate Cigar with passion fruit mousse are simply unbeatable. The perfect balance of decadence and brightness. But what truly makes this place extraordinary is the elegance and class of the lady owner, who is always present, ensuring perfection. She tends to the tables, supports her team, and makes sure every detail is flawless. Her passion and dedication shine through in every aspect of the restaurant. And then there’s Paul. If Salt & the Cellar is a five-star experience, Paul makes it a six. His service was flawless, his timing impeccable, and his passion for hospitality undeniable. Paul anticipated everything before we even asked. Paul made our night perfect. Salt & the Cellar isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. From the breathtaking ambiance to the meticulous attention to detail, it’s a place that lingers in your mind long after you leave. It was our 1st experience, and it was amazing. Brittany was so attentive and very helpful. She was one of the best servers we've had in a long time. We will be back and ask for her! The food and drinks were so delicious. It's one of my favorite meals ever and we've been to lots of restaurants. I wasn't excited to sit by the kitchen and an outside door but was so happy once the meal got started because it was awesome to see and hear the amazing chefs work together. I'm so gleaming. A perfect early Valentines dinner with my husband.

Amazing experience. This was our 1st time there. Early Valentine’s Day date with my wife. We sat upstairs inside & loved it. Our server, Misa, was fantastic & provided great recommendations. Everything was so delicious. It’s a bit pricey, but worth it for a special occasion. I would definitely return to try other dishes like the Chilean Sea Bass. We had the Spare Ribs as an appetizer & the Peking Duck for 2. Also ordered the Buri-Bop as both our hostess & server highly recommended. Thoroughly enjoyed everything. Brought leftovers home to our children & they also enjoyed it.

We give our experience at Paddlefish a 10! We were able to sit up top and enjoy a beautiful night, the food was delicious, and our waitress was personable and attentive!
