People are warm, friendly and actually happy to see you. The music is awesome, the ambiance is just great. You feel comfortable. The food is outstanding!! Love to see what the secret sandwich is. The chef pairs flavors together like no other chef I've seen. Everything is just delicious. The service is impeccable. The waiters and waitresses are at your beck and call, if you need anything they are right there but not hovering over you. They space the meal out nicely so you're never wondering when your food is coming. The drinks are great too. I live across the river and have to take a bridge to get there but it is worth all my time and travel. Make a reservation today! You won't be sorry.More infoThe CookeryPrice: Moderate• Italian• Dobbs Ferry•4.6

Then shared 2 mains from the specials - lobster pasta and cod. Portions are generous and always served hot. Great cocktails and sangria too.More infoOlar NosoPrice: Moderate• Mediterranean• Northvale•4.8
- YYolandaSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had the most amazing time at Aunt Jake's Pasta Making Experience. From the moment we arrived, I just knew it was going to be fun! The chef who taught us about pasta was funny yet informative; the atmosphere was cozy; the staff was friendly and attentive; and the food was delicious. The process was easy to understand and very well organized. What a great date and a wonderful way to start the new year. Highly highly highly recommend! :)More infoAunt Jake's Pasta ExperiencePrice: Moderate• Contemporary Italian• Upper East Side•4.9
- HHarveyVIPNew York City •215 reviews5.0Dined on 24 Dec 2024We always enjoy Axia. The zucchini chips as a shared starter is first rate. There's one vegan option, which is a good idea as my wife is vegan. Their pastitsio is served en croute. Only issue tonight was restaurant was full (good for the owner) but service was a tad slower than usual.More infoAxia TavernaPrice: Expensive• Greek• Tenafly•4.8
- DDianeNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined on 18 Dec 2024The Saddle River Inn is by far the best restaurant in Bergen county. My guests traveled all the way from Brooklyn, NY, and were absolutely in awe of the entire experience. The Christmas holiday decorations adding an extra layer of magic and charm to the already stunning ambiance. The food was perfection—every dish bursting with flavor and plated beautifully. The entire menu was a hit! Even my foodie guests, who are used to Brooklyn’s top dining spots, couldn’t stop raving about it. With the festive decor, cozy-yet-elegant vibe, and next-level cuisine, the Saddle River Inn made our holiday gathering truly unforgettable.More infoThe Saddle River InnPrice: Expensive• French• Saddle River•4.8
