The rice cake appetizer was savory and interesting with the contrast from the lettuce. Octopus app had some of the most tender octopus we’ve experienced, the prep also gave it a wonderful flavor. For entrees we had the short rib- super tasty, tender, and the potato crusted halibut. The lemongrass sauce with the halibut was so good we were contemplating licking the serving dish! My wife proclaimed her lemon drop the best she’d ever had except for when she makes them herself, and my martini with Roku Gin was great. The steaks were seasoned and cooked to perfection. The sides were delicious as well. We were told to see if Tim was available, and he was all he was billed to be. Thank you so much for your recommendations Tim! The atmosphere was also amazing. Although a bit on the loud side we were able to overlook that while still having a wonderful time.
