Petit Trois Le Valley, the second outpost of Chef Ludo Lefebvre's beloved bistro, opened its doors in 2018 in Sherman Oaks. This larger location channels a lavish French Brasserie, with its marble bar, banquette lined dining room, and a Chef’s counter overlooking the open kitchen. We came for their Christmas Day dinner. It was unbelievable as every dish was 5 stars. Their steak is a must. Butternut squash soap is delicious and obviously you can’t go wrong with their milk bread.

Outstanding meal. Great attentive service. Excellent food from the French Onion Soup and Hamachi Crudo appetizers to classic entrees Trout Almondine, Mussels Mariniere in a sublime white wine sauce with shallots and Creme Fraiche, and Filet au Poivre with a delicious cognac black pepper sauce. Belgian Endive Salad also very solid while the Bartender was on his game. All around great French Bistro vibe. And Chocolate Souffle to cap it off. A winner!
