Best Restaurants for Foodies in Malverne

Always great service and a great time! Come here every year before thanksgiving with my friend, love it!

Another great evening at Park Place. We sat at the bar, Dominick was an excellent bartender and saw to our every need.

Never a disappointment!!! Food, service, value all excellent!!! Miquel a fantastic server!! The food was top notch I enjoyed the pork chop, my wife Branzino.both outstanding.our friends enjoyed the lamb chops and the Branzino as well!!the appts we shared the mussels, calamari, and the burrata. We shared 1 dessert. We were stuffed!! I took open half of the pork chop which my son enjoyed this morning. Always a great meal.

the guac and fried plantain appetizer was extremely tiny. there were 4 small-ish fried plantains and the guac was in this tiny metal container, like the one you get ketchup in. there was barely any. i dont think that was even a whole avocado. taste was ok. the fish dish that i got was very good. this is what i order every time i go there. my friend liked her goat dish. red velvet dessert was very good and affordable. i was not happy that they run out of the sparklers for the birthday dessert. i wrote on open table that we were celebrating my friend's bday so you would think they would reserve a sparkler for you. two other tables got the sparklers before us. and they didn't play the birthday music like they did for the 2 other tables. what were we, chopped liver? the music was nice and lively but it was way too loud. you had to scream across the table to hear each other.

Nothing fancy, but the food was good, prepared well and fresh. The wait staff was friendly, prompt and responsive. As this is a responsibly priced restaurant, it attracts families, so it can get a bit noisy with kids, along with music and overhead TV monitors. An excellent place for a reasonable night out for family interested in good food with good company!
