Everything we had was wonderful and thoughtful from the food to the cocktails. Our server gave us great recommendations and was very polite. I was here 10 years ago and the food is still as excellent as it was the first time. Bravo!

I've traveled all around the world and am proud to say Marmalade is one of the only MUST revisit restaurants whenever I'm in San Juan. The menu is unique and pushes your taste buds to their limits. The staff is well educated and very helpful in explaining every dish and every wine pairing (yes, the wine pairing is a must). Reward yourself with someone you could never recreate at home or in any other restaurant. You'll thank me later many times over.

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and providing detailed explanations of each dish. She made the experience seamless for our family, who spoke a mix of Spanish and English, accommodating both languages effortlessly. As a family with a shellfish allergy, dining out can sometimes be a challenge, but the staff at Cocina Abierta handled it with care and professionalism. They were attentive to our needs, ensuring that every dish was safe without compromising flavor or presentation. The food itself was exceptional; each course was beautifully presented, and every bite showcased fresh, high-quality ingredients with masterful flavor combinations.
