Best Restaurants for Foodies in Westmount

We had a most enjoyable time. It was the 1st time there for my visiting Girlfriend. She was taken back by the quaintness of the venue, and pleasantly surprised that Edmonton has developed so much, since she left her in her early 20’s. The staff were very patient and helpful when selecting the right wine and menu items. The table next to us were enjoying the Pairing Option they offer. That’s what we’re going to partake in on our next visit to Tzin. One other suggestion - as we did - make a reservation. We saw some peeps turned away, thinking they were going into a ihop….

I’ve been to Biera many times over the years… for special occasions, date nights, and for simply some great eats! I have never been disappointed by the caliber of service or food. They will be dearly missed when they close and hoping something equally wonderful takes over the space.

We have been to Darling numerous times for brunch and absolutely loved it so I suggested to my friends that we try it for dinner. It did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were also yummy. We will be back!

The food is absolutely amazing! 10/10. Perfect for small groups or date nights. We ordered pretty much every dish off the menu. The parm soup and Gnocchi was a fan favourite. The staff were wonderful and recommend pairings and dishes. It’s a small, quaint restaurant with a moody, comfortable vibe. We will definitely be back!

A Wonderful Pre-Birthday Celebration at Ernest’s We had the pleasure of dining at Ernest’s at NAIT for my wife’s pre-birthday dinner, as the restaurant will be closed during the Christmas break. From start to finish, our experience was exceptional, thanks in large part to our server, Tron (also known as Tron of Marvel). Tron’s professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out. He ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was seamless, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout the evening. His friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate our needs enhanced the celebration, creating a warm and memorable atmosphere for my wife’s special occasion. The food was, as always, exquisite, and the service from Tron elevated the entire experience. My wife had a very pleasant time, and it was a perfect way to celebrate in advance of her Christmas Day birthday. Thank you, Ernest’s, and a special thank-you to Tron, for making this evening so memorable for us. We look forward to returning again!
