Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Roast almost as good as Mum's. We have limited spaces for Walk-ins, so we encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment during busy times. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Onda Pasta Bar! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. And the staff were attentive, knowledgeable. The pasta was unreal! Every dish was clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and prepared to perfection. The Lumache with vodka sauce and Nduja was easily one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had. The portion sizes were generous too. I would highly recommend this gem to anyone.

Quiet and elegant dining room overlooking the hotel's extensive gardens, with views down to the lake. The menu is traditional British. All the dishes were very nicely presented and the food was to a high standard. An unusual addition to the table was a small freshly baked loaf, cut into four and served hot in a small pot. Delicious with the olive oil and balsamic dip that is served with it. There is a an extensive wine lost to compliment the meal. It was an enjoyable experience!
