Best Restaurants for Groups in Destin

After doing our own research to find a classy restaurant with great food, we chose Bijoux. In every category, this was an exceptional eating experience. Connie, our head server, was outstanding - knowledgeable about the menu, personable and friendly, delivering everything to the table at exactly the right times. We have pretty high standards for cleanliness, creativity, service, freshness and overall ambiance. We would hightail recommend Bijoux.

Always a great meal. Servers are all very attentive and professional. Cocktails are superb. Portion sizes are generous and the entrees are always exceptional. Highly recommend.

It's great for a special night out. We have visited for past anniversaries and this time for my wife's birthday. Edie is a great waitress and remembered us from a prior visit years ago. My wife and I had different entries—both were excellent. Beet salad is a great starting point. Save room for the bread pudding (there was plenty to share). We ate around 5:30, so we had a great view of the Gulf's surf (it was a high wind that day, so turbulent).

Although we missed the sunset due to a colder/rainy day, the atmosphere, ambiance and decor of the restaurant was lovely and very welcoming. A very nice wine list and menu--so much to choose from. Our party of 8 had everything from the fresh grouper and crab cakes to filet to sushi to pasta and it was all super tasty. Nice portions and very well prepared and plated. A fantastic experience. Since it was the end of the weekend, they were out of our first wine selection, but were helpful in selecting something similar. And a few menu items were 86'd but again, they helped by making some nice substitutions. Although we selected to skip dessert, we were totally tempted by the Butter Cake. Overall, a fantastic dinner, in a great location...definitely see us going back!
