Best Restaurants for Groups in Kirkintilloch

A great restaurant opposite the Theatre Royal in Glasgow. Evidently very popular, we had a lunch reservation and people were being turned away, even the bar area was full. We arrived a little early to meet friends and sat at the bar for a pre-lunch cocktail which were great. There was a seasonal lunch menu and a la carte, and spoiled for choice on both; lots of regional dishes and locally-sourced meat, fish and produce. A good selection of wines by the glass and of course a nice whisky list. We had a great time, and would go back in a heartbeat.

Galician fillet steak was a game changer compared to scotch fillet steak as recommended by our waitress, fantastic cut of meat indeed!

Visiting from London for Christmas it was top of our list to try. And let me tell you, first visit to Bucks Bar did not disappoint. Food was fantastic. The chicken wings just fell off the bone. Best we have ever tasted! Service was superb and atmosphere was just perfect! Recommend everyone gets along to BB. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful food & atmosphere with staff who go above & beyond & seem to be a lovely team. We visited on a Friday evening so got to see the amazing dancers who really put on a great show. One small negative was the drinks service was very slow & could be improved but we still had a really great night & will be back.

Fabulous decor, helpful staff, food was amazing we had a few different plates to share highly recommend seafood one, cocktails are a must, prices very reasonable, perfect for girls day/night out or romantic meal for two
