I initially felt a sense of hospitality on the phone when making a reservation; that hospitality was reinforced throughout the evening by the genuine warmth and confidence of the chef and staff. They are on top of their game and it shows. The menu is a superlative exploration of the chef's Italian Riviera background. It relies heavily on locally caught seafood and light (almost simplistic) compositions that skillfully accent the flavors of the high quality ingredients… Paradiso absolutely earned its stars. Not because of the meticulously clean and organized restaurant, nor the expert service, or even the amazing food and drink. We had dinner and sat outside by the water. The ambiance was wonderful. The weather that night was perfect. Service was great and the food outstanding. My friend and I each had the half chicken and that was, by far, the best I've ever had. And I took half of it home there was so much food! Would definitely go back.

My dad used to take me here years ago, and I decided to meet a friend here. What a pleasant surprise! The location, decorating scheme, location on the intracoastal was perfect. Our waitress, Julie was lovely and the drink and food was terrific. I recommend trying a Dirty Banana drink as well as the coconut shrimp salad. I will return with my family 😀

Great view - looking out over the ocean in Palm Beach! Good comfort food - wife and I shared a triple smash burger, with fries. Started with a salad that was nicely composed - romaine, cherry tomatoes, julienne carrots. Olivia, our server, was pleasant and efficient - took time to chat with us. Nice casual dining in a picturesque setting.
