Best Restaurants for Groups in Bentleigh

Good hearty food, service staff is very good, friendly and looked after us well. Unlike quite a few other restaurants, True South is good for big groups in that they don’t force you to go with a banquet or set menu. Our group of over 8 people were allowed to order ala carte and individuals within our big group are catered for individually. Big thumbs up for this!!!

We had an early table at 5:45 upstairs. It’s a great room and we were sitting in the area between the kitchen and the bar which was quite narrow, but the staff were very attentive and watching always for anyone moving in that narrow section the restaurant had an amazing turnover of people. Which I would think was a testament to the good service and the good food lots of families having, a quick meal plus others who were grazing and enjoying the atmosphere. The fit out is really really wonderful. Everything was tiptop from the time we walked into the restaurant to the time we left. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was exemplary. we had oysters, fish and steak. The steak could’ve melted in my mouth like it was covered in butter, the oysters were incredible. The cheese platter was incredible. You know I have to say for a local restaurant. It’s a nine out of 10. We will be back at least 100 times thanks for looking after us Grazie.

Have to be my favourite pub . The specials are the best value for money . Steak all day and into the night on a Tuesday and roast for $24 on a Sunday . Excellent service from our waiter “Darius” so professional and knowledgeable . I like to dine here every couple of months as I live on the Mornington Peninsula and this would have to be the best pub meal ever . So Thankyou I will be back .

Third Time to The Windsor Wine Room - never fails to disappoint. Our go to local. Always great service, food, and the Coconut Negroni is a WINNER! Already looking forward to our next visit. Thanks Team. :)
