Best Restaurants for Groups in Mint Hill

This restaurant was phenomenal, probably the best restaurant I’ve been to in Charlotte in years. Food and service were amazing. Menu was amazing. The halibut large plate dish and the octopus small plate are both dishes that I will be thinking about and craving for the rest of my life. The holiday themed cocktail menu were so balanced and overall served beautifully. Highly highly recommend and will most definitely be back!

Staff was great. Truly great. The rooms are a little loud when multiple tables are set. The outside area looked very nice. The appetizers and salads were extremely good. We ordered the shrimp and grits and the burger with fries. The shrimp and grits were OK at best. We only ate half of the burgers. The fries were on point.

Fantastic meal! Great ambience and service! We started with the Ground Duck Flatbread and both of us agreed that we should cancel the rest of our order and just get two of those. Amazing combination of flavors. Our entrees did not disappoint. I had Grouper and my partner had steak. Both were cooked perfectly. Our waitress was wonderful and suggested drinks for us as well as kept our water glasses full. She was attentive without being in our face. We will definitely go again! They don’t have parking but there is a large parking garage at the same corner.

Celebrated my birthday at Firebirds Southpark with my niece. I started with an excellent vodka martini with blue cheese olives, and we both ordered from the 3-course meal menu. That is an amazing bargain and both of our entrees were excellently prepared. The sides were also great, with the seasonal vegetables crisp and not soggy. Will definitely come back on my next visit to Charlotte - oh, and GO GATORS!

Great experience. Excellent food and wonderful staff. Try eating in the bar with Tommy as your server.
