We have one of the largest Japanese whisky collections on our back bar which we recommend served over hand cut ice or try one of our sakes or Japanese tap beers.     You cannot go through life with out experiencing this restaurant. The food is outstanding, fresh with mouth watering flavours I couldn't get enough of. The wait staff are excellent, very attentive & seemed to be always there when we needed them without hovering. Wine selection is great & perfectly accompanied the food.

    My fiancé (newly) dined here for an intimate celebration together. It was such a wonderful evening, very relaxed, beautiful environment, the food was absolutely incredible, we ordered the Byron Bay Burratta and Stone Baked Ciabatta for our entree, it was absolutely wonderful. For the mains we got the Roasted Pumpkin and the House made Ricotta Gnocchi, both were absolutely delicious, words cannot describe it. The drinks were amazing and the service was absolutely superb. I cannot recommend The Manor enough!! We’ll most definitely be dining again.
