we had a fantastic lunch Anthony was our waiter he was very out going and knowledge able and came to the table the perfect amount of times !! There were 5 of us for 1:45pm lunch everything was delicious! We all loved our meals . I Highly recommend getting in for Christmas lunch if you can get a reservation !! 🎄🧑🏻‍🎄🦌 how 💚⛄️❤️

The restaurant provides superb customer service. Guillermo at the bar was extremely attentive. We ordered the EXPRESSO MARTINI, and we had the BEST EXPRESSO MARTINI ever! The food was to die for. We ordered the pene, lasagna, tortellini and WOW, the flavors, presentation, and how the server entered to the table ON POINT. The restaurant is always busy and small, so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to make a reservation. The team at the front desk should be more "happy" about the fact that the restaurant is always busy, that means they are going to have a job for sure :), as they showed that we're overwhelm with the amount of people. SUGGESTION FOR THE LEADERSHIP A training on how to deal with customers during difficult and busy times will help tremendously. I was extremely kind and patient with the young gentlemen and female at the front desk when I asked about my reservation and their body language and answers were abrupt as the line was long, the restaurant was busy, and many others were asking the same question. Simply great! The food was top notch. The service was both professional and friendly. We have been there many times in the past for a delicious meal and this was no exception. The tuna tartare app was excellent with just the right amount of spice with the raw tuna on a bed of avocado. The seafood entrees were cooked perfectly and the Veal Valdosta was enormous and perfectly cooked as well. We were never rushed and our waiter was attentive without being overbearing. It was a most relaxing evening. The desserts were wonderful and the blueberry cheesecake was amazing. Bricco is definitely worth the visit.

I took some friend/clients for dinner. The night started with a very warm welcoming from Jimmy up front. He is such a great guy. We then were seated at a great table in dining room. Our server was Bobby. He was outstanding and really enhanced our experience. The food , service and ambience was excellent and will definitely be back soon. Jimmy and Bobby are a huge asset to your company.

We had not been in a few years. We enjoyed Frank's casual nature but very formal professional presentation as our server. The flavors, dishes, and whole experience was fantastic. I hadn't seen Lou in a while. He personally exceeded us. We won't let as much time go by before we go back again for sure,
