We had a wonderful lunch with our very dear friends. The cafe was beautiful! Such unique and creative winter decor. But as always, the food was the main attraction. Our cheese plate was delicious with a great selection of cheeses and crackers, as well as the flower pot bread for spreading the softer cheeses. Everyone loved their entrees (avocado toast, salmon tartine and Caesar salad). Our server Brooke, along with her helpers made our lunch a very relaxing and fun time. And a BIG shoutout to those who accommodated our request for a table in a quiet area;)

Barclay Prime Review My wife and I celebrated her birthday at Barclay Prime, and it was a fantastic experience! The ambiance was elegant, with a lively atmosphere that leaned a bit noisy—not the restaurant’s fault, just the energy of the night. The food was absolutely wonderful, and you truly get what you pay for in terms of quality and presentation. I highly recommend dining here for a special occasion or a treat-yourself moment. Using OpenTable to make our reservations added convenience and ensured everything went smoothly. Barclay Prime definitely made the night memorable for us, and we can’t wait to visit again!

We enjoyed everything from the moment we waked in to the moment we left. Our anniversary was acknowledged by the hostess, our server and a manager. They also sent out a sweet little dessert. Timing was very fluid. I was very impressed with the acoustics- the restaurant was totally packed but you can not hear another individual conversation and can still make out the music. Hard to achieve without seeing visible panels or an abundance of heavy drapery and rugs which there is not. Food was perfect.

We got lucky and got a last minute reservation yesterday after being on waitlist for a few days. Felt like I hit the lottery lol, as I know this restaurant starts booking up in October for the holidays! Timing worked out perfectly as we had to get my daughter to her bus back to another city where she lives — and we had exactly one hour to eat. Got seated right away, thankfully. Atmosphere is always festive this time of year, which is the main reason we wanted to eat here. Food arrived promptly and was tasty, service was good and we were on our way out the door on time as very satisfied customers! We will be back ☺️

One of my favorite spots to celebrate at Christmas time. The ambience is always warm and welcoming. English food is never a go-to however you can't go wrong at Dandelion. The shepherds pie is absolute comfort food. Yummy and warm. A favorite all around.
