Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine adapted its name from one of the oldest cities in the world, Istanbul, which was once known as the Constantinople in the early 13th century. The name “Bosphorous” taken from the strait that lies in the center of Istanbul connecting the Black Sea and the Sea of Marmara, Europe to Asia. The decor of this eatery is kept to minimum to draw the attention to the food.     We are gluten free (allergies) and this restaurant had so many options! Daniel was an amazing server. Even borough is “celebrating“ pins for our anniversary. The oysters on a half shell were so fresh and delicious that we got 2 dozen! Crab cake was delicious, carpaccio was amazing and nothing was less than excellent! We will be back!

    Cooper's hawk is an excellent restaurant with an array of food to choose from. The appetizer drunken shrimp is phenomenal I've gotten numerous times And have never been disappointed you will never walk away there hungry. Enjoy!

    Sofia who sat us was excellent. We requested seats in the main dine room so we could experience the live entertainment singers and dancers. And she was able to make it happen! Our main dinner server Alan was phenomenal, explained the appetizers and entrees thoroughly and helped us choose the breaded sausage appetizer per his recommendation. I was torn between a few dinner entrees as well and he helped narrow down and provide recommendations. Wine and drinks were fabulous. The best Malbec I’ve ever had. We loved the entire experience. Singers and dancers were so talented. Will definitely be back!
