The biggest win of the night was our waiter, Bryan. The guy was perfection as a waiter. My date and I are both OpenTable VIPs who know excellent service, and we agreed that the service experience was perhaps the best of the year. Bryan answered our detailed food questions, adapted to our crazy idiosyncratic requests, kept the drinks going on a busy Saturday night, and coordinated the valet at the end of our meal so the car was ready when we headed out. Flawless! The food here is excellent. The bread service features some of the best butter in town, so I recommend you start there. After the bread service, we continued with an order of lobster mini-tacos and the fromage cheese plate. We both got seafood specials for entree (scallops for me; sea bass for her). The $75 asking price for each entree special includes top ingredients like truffles, truffle oil, etc. I loved it and trust that you will, too.More infoToulouse - HoustonPrice: Expensive• French• River Oaks•4.8

I know a few from other restaurants that I visited a lot, but are now closed. Milton’s was lucky to get them. The food is wonderful. The misto is my favorite, also the iceberg salad. The arancini is as good as I had in Sicily. The whole fish, Branzino, is stellar. It’s a very intimate and casual space.More infoMilton'sPrice: Expensive• Italian• Rice Village•4.7
- SKShaeKVIPHouston •53 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe ambiance and music at Azumi are a lot of fun for a date night, girls’ night out, or a group of friends. We started with the Hanayome and Two Moons cocktails. Their espresso martinis are also top notch. For appetizers we stuck with the classics; crispy rice with spicy tuna and yellowtail & Serrano. We tried the Spicy Yellowtail, Tuna Tataki and San Rolls - the Spicy Yellowtail was our favorite! I believe the onion Serrano salsa is what made it pop. We also tried the tuna tasting (nigiri) and the Miso Cod. Everything was spaced out which gave us time to enjoy and catch up. They treated us to delicious peanut butter brownies with Vietnamese coffee gelato for dessert since we were celebrating three birthdays! Very sweet and a nice touch to end the meal.More infoAzumi - HoustonPrice: Expensive• Japanese• River Oaks•4.6
