Best Restaurants for People Watching in Waltham

A very cozy spot. Wonderful food, great wine selection, excellent service.

The restaurant was quite full when we arrived but we were seated promptly and had good service throughout our meal. The food was very good. We had the philly steak egg rolls and beet salad for appetizers and the cashew encrusted icelandic haddock and the bee bolognese. We also enjoyed the cocktails, especially the"cocktail for a cause" which seems to be a riff on a bee's knees. Only small quibble was that when ordering off the menu, the order online information kept popping up time and time again - it was distracting. This is my third time at Tempo and I've enjoyed it every time!

Not only was the food and atmosphere phenomenal, the staff were amazing. Extremely accommodating. Whitney was also an amazing performer and her bands was just as amazing. I would highly recommend this place, everything went perfect. I can confidently say I will be coming back. Thank you to the beehive for such an amazing time!

Kat was a terrific server. I was meeting an old friend I had’t seen in 30 years. Kat was attentive, gave us time to catch up before we ordered and after we finished, but never stopped checking on us!

The staff did a great time tonight! We went for the Celtics watch party and it was so much fun. Despite how busy it was, all drinks and food came out in a timely manner and the service was great!
