Our lovely country pub, a hidden gem if you will, follows a farm to table philosophy, being supplied as much as possible for meat and vegetables from local farms such as, Anran and Stippadon.Along with other local suppliers around South Devon.Instinct is the greatest tool in our kitchen as our food is primarily cooked intensely over charcoal in our Birtha oven, or low and slow in our chef's smoker. We take the classics and make them better.
