Best Sunday Lunch Restaurants in Old Town

Delightful surprise on beautiful Rose St. Comfy neighborhood pub feel with fantastic upscale food at very reasonable prices. Had a group of 7 in a cozy booth for drinks, apps, and mains. Everything was superb. Sea bass was a standout - super fresh with lovely pea shoots on top and a beurre blanc-type sauce on the side. We will certainly return.

Really enjoyed our evening meal at the Queen's. It was our first visit and we'll definitely return. Delicious food, great beer, vast range of whiskies, friendly efficient service and a real buzz about the place. Only minor quibble was that the chips were too crispy hard for someone with sensitive gums.

Thoroughly enjoyed our express lunch and took advantage of wine club £5 corkage. Looking forward to our next visit. Esther gave us fabulous, friendly service.

We were meeting up with old friends we hadn’t seen for 16 years and The Auld Hundred was the perfect venue. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the atmosphere in the pub was really good. The pub looked very attractive with the Christmas decor. This is a firm favourite and we will return soon!

Excellent evening, great food the Galician Chateaubriand was especially good, great service from a very knowledgeable waiter and some special touches made for our anniversary. Restaurant was slightly loud, but it was a busy Friday night so to be expected.
