- RRoisinDevon •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoLovely experience for a belated Christmas get-together. Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful when I asked to extend the party size fairly last minute to our booking date. Exceptional service from the beginning to the end of our experience: staff were so attentive to the point of making sure our water glasses were never empty! Food was delicious. Comments were made that the steaks could have had some form of decoration (a jus at least) to make it look slightly more interesting — but these comments were soon retracted once everyone took a bite. Member of staff spilt some water over one of our party (no issue for us whatsoever) but was so kind in proactively taking a couple of drinks off our bill! A very kind gesture. Will definitely recommend Blacklock to others and would definitely dine again!More infoBlacklock Covent GardenPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Covent Garden•4.7

- MMILAHertfordshire •1 review5.0Dined on 18 Dec 2024We had a lovely experience at The Manor for Afternoon Tea. The food was delicious and you could change the sandwiches you did not want for more of others you did want. Nothing was too much trouble. The scones and cakes were yummy and we got a box to take away anything we could not finish. The atmosphere was so nice as all the Christmas decorations were up. Eleanor serving us was so helpful and made the experience even better. Thank you.More infoCavendish Restaurant at The Manor ElstreePrice: Very Expensive• English• Radlett•3.9
- KKarenHertfordshire •2 reviews4.0Dined on 15 Dec 2024It was our 2nd visit to the Script as we enjoyed the first one on Fathers Day very much. Unfortunately we weren’t as happy this time. The lamb in the roast was like a doorstop and the cauliflower cheese was a bit watery and the roast potatoes were a bit underdone. The club sandwich was extremely bad. Not really sure how you can make a club sandwich bad?? A lot of bread and not much inside. The chicken and bacon were very overdone and inedible. All we were offered was a complimentary coffee!More infoScript Restaurant & BarPrice: Moderate• Modern European• Borehamwood•4.1
