- SStevenWest Sussex •1 review4.0Dined 1 day agoThe food was outstanding, we were two couples and we all had something different and every dish was perfect. The service we received was excellent and staff were very accommodating. The only slightly negative thing I would say is the ambiance was not brilliant, more of a cafe feel than a restaurant. Having said this I would highly recommend this restaurant, we will definitely being going back. One last thing, the location is excellent right next door to the Bent Arms and on the high street of the beautiful village of Lindfield.More infoThat's Amore Italian RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Italian• Haywards Heath•4.6
- NNigelBrighton •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThe first time we visited the Cat I said “this is the nicest pub I’ve ever been to. Today was the same - the most striking first impression is the team who run the dining areas: they obviously enjoy what they’re doing and love working together with a happy buzz. And the food is delicious, the venison haunch especially. Looking forward to eating here again soon - Nigel and the birthday party.More infoThe Cat InnPrice: Moderate• Contemporary British• East Grinstead•4.9

- KKenWest Sussex •1 review5.0Dined on 18 Dec 2024We were a small party of 3, and the staff were quick to allocate our pre-booked table. A drinks order was taken quickly and the food order shortly after, which gave us sufficient time to decide. Our drinks came quickly and the food followed and was beautifully hot and remained so. Our server returned after a few minutes to ascertain that all was well and then left us alone until we were finished. The food (scampi and chips for us all) was delicious and nice and hot (as I've already said). The ladies wine they found very acceptable, and my 360 degrees beer was very impressive (apparently its a fairly local brewery). Price was very reasonable and the bar area comfortable with an open fire although we dined in their dining room. Parking is generous and free.More infoThe farmersPrice: Moderate• British• Haywards Heath•4.4
