Blackpool has so many fantastic places to eat, but our delightful Palm Court restaurant is the place for a sumptuous, relaxing dinner. The Victorian dining room is full of grandeur and our restaurant team always go that little bit further to make serving a meal a magical experience. The views in the restaurant are spectacular, with sweeping vistas across the Fylde coast and the occasional heritage tram tootling by. Diners can soak in the scenery while enjoying fine dining from the table d’hôte menu that changes quarterly, according to the seasons. We also have a range of daily specials, with our chefs using locally sourced produce whenever possible to ensure that only the best and freshest ingredients are used. The restaurant has flexible seating arrangements, so we can cater for large parties and children are also well catered for, thanks to the family dining options. For guests not resident at the hotel, please be sure to enter your car registration details on arrival.

Our décor is quirky and eclectic, in keeping with our building’s 17th century heritage, but with a modernist twist. Of course the main attraction is our 2-Rosette winning, Michelin recommended restaurant. Run by head chef Chris Bury, we offer the finest quality food without the fuss, in an atmosphere that is warm and unpretentious. Expect a discernible French influence, evidenced by our renowned French onion soup – a dish that is well worth a visit in its own right. We look forward to welcoming you!

This is our 2nd visit to the Lowri and won’t be our last! We had the Sunday lunch menu which was just perfect. Starters of smoked salmon and Caesar salad were so good. Then 3 of us had the roast beef, which, in our opinion, was exceptional! One of our party asked for her beef to be well done (very well done)! And this was done to perfection. The other guest had the cod which was equally delicious. Deserts were 3 sticky toffee puddings and 1 cheesecake, not a crumb was left! Our server was only 3 week into her post and was so engaging, professional and helpful- a credit to the team. Definitely recommend the Lowri Sunday lunch and will most certainly be going back.

Our waiter - I’m sure he was called Frank, Scottish bloke was amazing, nothing too much trouble, very attentive nothing too much trouble. Food was fab great value - kids loved it too. My only slight complaint would be that it was cold in the room, but I also appreciate how cold the current weather is and such a huge building to heat. Will be back
