Best Restaurants for Afternoon Tea in Rosebank

First time going to the Plaza Hotel for afternoon tea. Pleasantly surprised with the quality and service considering the mixed reviews. Sandwiches were delicious and there seemed to be endless tea in the teapot. Mary was amazing at making this experience memorable! She was super nice, informative, and great at anticipating what works for us! Would definitely go back.

As a bit of a family tradition, I brought my 2nd daughter here, eleven years after my first! And we were lucky to have our favorite server, #theTroublemaker to help us and make quality suggestions from the menu. Even the persons who served our water and coffee were knowledgeable professionals. I ended up purchasing two bags of gifts from the gift store, because the chocolate and service were of such high quality! The Year of the Snake marketing is clever, and we actually decorate our shelves with Mariebelle tins and containers because the branding is so attractive. Only Chardon Bleu in France comes even close, with Mariebelle as the absolute best in the world. Thank you so much, merci, grazzie, and Gracias for a world class, chocolatier experience!

First time at Lady Mendls and it was exceptional- the food was outstanding, service was top notch and ambiance was everything I could have hoped for in a tea room. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Christmas Eve amidst decorations galore! First time at Oscar Wilde and hope to return on another visit to NYC! Highly recommend!!

Terrific experience for a party of four - the food and drinks were all excellent in a lively setting. The decor is beautiful and service was very good. Appetizers and drinks are a bit pricy compared to the mains but since everything was of high quality we were fine with it.
