- JJosephNew York City •1 review5.0Dined todayThe food and service were both excellent, price for a table for two with two apps, two entrees, two drinks and two desserts (one taken off the bill for a birthday, which was unexpected!) came out to around $100/pp and it was well worth it. If I absolutely had to nitpick, the medium-rare filet had a bit of a char on the outside in places that gave it a partially crunchy texture in those areas. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back!More infoChar Steakhouse - Red BankPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Red Bank•4.6
- SSamanthaVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOverall had a terrific experience and would absolutely come back. The food was delicious and the vibe was immaculate. It was also decorated so well and I loved the outdoor fire pits. My only critique is that the service felt very rushed. We were here on a Friday night so it was crowded. We had a 5:45 reservation and we didn’t get seated until 6:05 because our table hadn’t left yet. It wasn’t a big deal and we sat by the fire pit while waiting. However, while we were enjoying our appetizers and drinks, we were asked multiple times if they could clear the table. We said we were still working. They then brought our pasta out while we were still working on the apps. Didn’t love that. After dinner though, we did hang out and they didn’t rush us out which I appreciated. Would definitely go back to try more food and enjoy the ambiance!More infoBrothers DaleyPrice: Expensive• European• Sea Bright•4.5

- AARLINENew York City •5 reviews5.0Dined on 28 Nov 2024There were special circumstances this year that required we "go out" for Thanksgiving. After our experience several years ago at a different place, I was trying to keep my expectations low. Well, boy was I in for an absolutely delightful surprise! Everyone (and I mean everyone!) could not have been more friendly, welcoming and kind. They were there to assist you and made sure you knew that. The food was incredible and we all enjoyed it thoroughly! I love to taste everything but I have a small "holding tank" - I was able to take tiny amounts of most items and even the serving station people were kind enough to give me a small amount of whatever I wanted. I am not normally much of a sweets person but the TWO TABLES of desserts was too good to pass up. Again, I was able to take tiny amounts of things OR share something with the people I was with. I love to bake and cook, but I would come here again in a heartbeat! It will be difficult to pass up, if we decide to next year. I have been to Ocean Place for many other events and their food and service NEVER disappoints - thank you, we had a great Thanksgiving because of you.More infoSeaview at Ocean PlacePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Long Branch•3.5
- DDeborahVIPNew York City •46 reviews5.0Dined on 6 Nov 2024On a warm November Wednesday evening my husband and I had dinner at The Marina. Cozy and quiet on the water with seating now indoors - summer seating outside closed. A lovely seasonal menu offered Autumn Salad, scallop and crab cakes entrees followed by chocolate panacotta- all beautifully prepared and delicious. We’ll be back again to enjoy other seasonal menu offerings from a wonderful chef.More infoThe Marina at OceanportPrice: Moderate• American• Long Branch•4.2
