Mom has refined tastes having grown up in the kitchen. At the same time, given her recent medical challenges, we weren't exactly sure if the appetite would be there or not. But we went based on the recommendation of a collegue hoping for the best. Well, I'm happy to report, she's STILL talking about how great her birthday meal was TWO DAYS LATER!
